This chapter brings us to the end of Ordinal Scale manga volume 3, covering the post-boss battle scenes, Kazuto confronting Prof. Shigemura, and Kazuto visiting Asuna's place (1:07:16-1:18:14 from the movie). There was also an "Extra Chapter" with Hopeful Chant teasers following this one, but since it's only a couple of pages long, we just decided to combine them with c11's release. And of course Sugu is thinking of her Oniichan while in the bath on the credits page...
The chapter itself mostly had minor differences from the movie: a few words changed to synonyms for whatever reason, some dialogue line order changes and shortenings, and a few extra internal monologue lines that the movie didn't have because the animated medium is allergic to internal monologues (the internal monologue additions are probably the most notable changes in this manga chapter). There were some lines that got changed entirely, but nothing too significant, I suppose. However, there was one pretty noticeable change from the movie: the scene where Kazuto tackles Asuna. The manga got rid of Kazuto's lucky perv boob pillow moment (well, at least the moment doesn't get ruined by the unnecessary fanservice now), but instead we ended up with... scoliosis? Like... how exactly do you bend like that...
