[Announcement] Status Update - 30 January 2022

Now that Nguyen has been ceded the Scherzo of Deep Night manga project, our progress... went all the way into hyperdrive. We had been considering to start making chapter-by-chapter releases to deliver some actual progress to the community for a while now. That would have been more lenient to Mtt's schedule, and would have given me a rather large stack of content to use for filler releases during my busy weeks. However, since the manga is now concluded in Japan, it's only a matter of time till Yen Press scoops up the license and forces us to drop the project and even one release per week or two wouldn't likely be fast enough to finish the project before Yen Press comes in. Luckily, since Nguyen's poised to finish off my entire stock of translated chapters in a matter of days, we decided to release all Scherzo volume 2 chapters in one bigass release, just like we did for volume 1.

The bad news is that even Nguyen couldn't finish an entire volume in just one week (especially when it's the Lunar New Year)... and I still had a couple of unedited/untranslated chapters to finish up on my end. So, here's what I decided to do: since this is going to be a grandiose release, I figured no one would mind that we delayed it by a few days into next week. This would mean that we'd combine this week's release slot with next week's, so we'd only have one release in two weeks... but think of it this way: you're getting SEVEN chapters in the span of just two weeks. That sounds like a bargain, doesn't it? :P
