[OS] Chapter 1

As promised, we're releasing chapter 1 (+a coloured prologue of sorts) of the Ordinal Scale manga. Since these chapters are long, expect breaks in-between chapter releases to be on the longer side.

Since the manga is probably going to be licensed sooner or later, I'll refrain from hosting the images on the blog itself and instead limit the release to a PDF (which can be read without downloading the file) and zip version.

Any feedback is appreciated.
